New 60'x150' Greenhouse Conservatory (9,000 Sqft.) with a 20'x20' work area that connects into existing Head House. Design completed 2018, construction completed July 2019. Planned Usage Fall 2019. Project construction cost (overall) 5.0M for greenhouse and utility tunnel.
